Nutritional coaching over a longer period of time, e.g. B. in the case of a detoxification cure and a change in diet:
Depending on the intensity of the support and duration in individual consultation.
Failure or forgetting an hour
If you are unable to attend, please inform me 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Sometimes appointments are also forgotten or cannot be canceled early. In this case, 50% will be charged.
Therapeutic process
Intensity and rhythm are based on your needs and goals. For some concerns, a few hours are enough. However, an effective discussion of a topic often requires a process that requires a supervised therapy program over a longer period of time. We discuss together with what intensity and duration you feel comfortable.
Home visits
If time or health circumstances require it, I give yoga and therapy lessons on request at your site. The costs are adjusted accordingly.
