Kundalini Yoga &
Yoga Therapy

Kundalini Yoga & Yoga Therapy offer a holistic approach to healing, combining physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to balance the mind, body, and spirit.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of Consciousness. It originated in Northern India and was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in 1968. Until then, the teachings of Kundalini Yoga were kept secret and only accessible to a select elite.

Kundalini Yoga is a complex science that incorporates breathwork, yoga postures and dynamic movements, sound through mantras, deep relaxation, and meditation. Compared to other forms of yoga, Kundalini Yoga is characterized by simpler basic postures, making it suitable for people of all physical conditions. The focus is not only on training the body and mind but particularly on expanding consciousness and fostering the personal development of the practitioner.

Yoga Therapy

Therapeutic Yoga is always tailored to the individual needs of my clients.

Healing begins with one’s own inner attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for one’s life.

When we stray from our path in life, our soul finds a way to point it out to us. This can manifest as feelings of exhaustion, meaninglessness, and depression, or even as physical illness or addictive behavior.

As a yoga therapist, I help you look within and find new paths—towards well-being and health.
