Fresh air and thus oxygen, clean water, healthy food, mental hygiene, physical exercise and relaxation as well as a loving attitude towards oneself and others are the fundamental pillars of health.

However, today’s way of life steers many people into careless self-treatment. This can lead to physical complaints, excessive weight gain, a feeling of lack of energy and even depressive moods.

The way out of such a situation towards well-being, joie de vivre and health can be amazingly simple and could be implemented on several levels.

Neglecting self-care can lead to illness, weight gain, exhaustion, and even depressive moods in the long run. However, the path from such a state to well-being and joy for life is fundamentally simple and can be implemented on multiple levels:

1. Recognizing and transforming harmful habits & addictions into beneficial routines.

2. Detoxifying the body to support natural healing.

3. Releasing energy blockages by activating specific energy points in the body through the EPM course.

4. Breath therapy / Spirovital therapy – Without breath, there is no life. Learning to control breathing leads to relaxation, renewed energy, and long-term health benefits.

After an initial consultation to assess your current situation and goals, we will create a personalized program together. I ensure that the program is manageable in terms of both intensity and type of exercises, as well as the time commitment.

• The type and duration of each therapy session is always tailored to the individual and adjusted as needed throughout the process.

• Regular practice of the “homework” leads to noticeable improvements quickly. A successful therapy requires the willingness to practice the personalized program at home.

• The duration of therapy depends on individual goals and the conditions being addressed.

• Upon request, nutritional counseling and dietary adjustments can be included as part of a holistic health program.

• This offering can also complement existing therapies and conventional medical treatments. I am happy to collaborate with your primary care physician or other specialists.

• In exceptional cases (e.g., immobility due to illness), therapy sessions can be conducted at your home.

Modern lifestyle has a big impact on the quality of our diet. The amount of toxins, sugar and artificial additives has never been higher. If you want to keep well and fit, you will have to pay attention to you nutrition and if necessary change some eating habits.

A holistic metabolic program is ideal for detoxification, purification and the reduction of fat deposits. On the other hand it lays the foundation for a permanent change of diet.
